We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The personnel were helpful and attentive, lending us a plug connector for our Spanish plugs. The hotel is very well situated, being very close to the train station and in the old city. It is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, making dining out very convenient.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being very close to the Santa Novella train station. This made it easy for us to walk with our luggage and saved us the hassle of finding transportation. The hotel was also pretty close to the city center, allowing us to easily explore all the museums and attractions on foot.
The elevator in the building was narrow and unsafe, causing us to take the long stairs to reach the hotel. This made it difficult, especially when carrying heavy luggage or after a long day of exploring the city.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Florence, I was actually surprised by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. The room was small, but it had all the necessary amenities and was kept in good condition. The location was convenient, close to the train station and perfect for a one-day trip to Florence. Despite the occasional noise from the street, I had a comfortable sleep.

The best aspects of our Easter stay were the helpfulness of the staff and the prime location of the hotel. The staff went out of their way to lend us a plug connector for our Spanish plugs and were very attentive to our needs. The hotel was also perfectly situated near both the train station and the old city, making it easy to explore the city on foot. there were plenty of restaurants nearby, giving us ample dining options.
One of the worst aspects of our stay was the outdated and neglected condition of the hotel. The rooms were not renovated and had old furnishings, and we even encountered an very nice number of flies.
